Are you a skilled and results-driven Commercial Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional performance? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and lead the daily commercial management of responsive, void, and planned works across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be managing and mentoring the commercial team to optimize value and margin.
Ensuring timely management of commercial WIP within agreed time frames.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their representatives is a massive part of this role. Along side preparing and validating monthly invoicing projections in collaboration with Operations Managers and the commercial team.
You will be minimizing application queries and address them proactively. Simultaneously overseeing the low margin / Loss Making process and identifying any areas of improvement
Liaise with the Senior Management Team and the board, providing accurate commercial reports. As well as, liaising with the Contract Managers and Operation managers preparing collate forecast.

The Person:
Proficiency in SOR, Open Book, and Cost Plus pricing models is essential.
Strong knowledge of commercial strategy, profit maximization, and cash management.
Understanding of claims and dispute resolution.
Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports.
Efficient time management and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with sub-contract orders and buying/estimating processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
