Company Overview: Options Resourcing have joined forces with a well-established Rainscreen Cladding company based in the Southeast of England, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Manager to join our dedicated team. With a focus on nationwide service and specialization in the design, procurement, and installation of Rainscreen Cladding. This rapidly growing company is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions.
Role Overview: As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, procurement, and installation processes of Rainscreen Cladding projects. Collaborating with our experienced teams, you will ensure the smooth transition from concept to completion, adhering to our company ethos of communication, control, and quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership:Lead and coordinate the design team to produce innovative and creative solutions using our state-of-the-art computerized design system.
Project Management:Oversee the design-to-completion process, working closely with head office staff, site management, and installers to bring our clients’ visions to life.
Communication and Collaboration: Uphold our company ethos of effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration from design through to project completion.
Quality Assurance: Ensure total accuracy in the design process, working closely with structural frame providers to address complex and demanding designs.
Tekla 3D Design Integration:Utilize Tekla 3D design to provide clients with a full visualization of projects, identifying and solving issues before work commences for a stress-free approach to facade and cladding solutions.
Supplier and Manufacturer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, enjoying their confidence as approved installers of a wide range of products.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role within the Building Envelope Sector contracting commercial building industry.
Expertise in rainscreen cladding systems, materials, and finishes.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with Tekla 3D design is an advantage.
