Options Resourcing Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to work for a top tier property maintenance contractor within the commercial, educational and social housing sector.

Your Responsibilities Are As Followed:

Carry out various responsive maintenance tasks
Order materials
Communicate with head office efficiently
Liaise with Service Co-ordinators to update your progress on the Job
Provide reports on the tasks carried out

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Full UK Diving License
Own Tools
CV
Experience Within Carpentry & Plumbing
Able to Work at Heights (Ladder or Scaffold)
Good People Skills

Temp to Perm Basis (12 Weeks)

Salary – £16.25 p/h (PAYE only)
