Office Administrator – Client Associate

Uckfield, East Sussex, England

THE ROLE:

  • Management of occupational health cases from start to finish
  • Booking appointments, creating reports and advice letters
  • Deal with wide range of clients from industries such as aviation, construction, emergency services and more
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both external clients and internal staff  
  • All other office admin as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
  • Good IT skills and recent use of all Microsoft applications
  • Experience in admin and customer service
  • Hard working and willingness to take on additional tasks as required
