My Birmingham based client is looking for a Administrator to join their team. The role of the Administrator Co-Ordinator is to be responsible for the day to day delivery of services for the compliance department ensuring all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Schedule jobs to engineers.
  • Call clients to book in jobs.
  • To complete Fire extinguisher certs when needed.
  • Invoicing
  • Assist in providing updates on reactive and compliance where necessary.
  • Minute taking.
