My Birmingham based client is looking for a Administrator to join their team. The role of the Administrator Co-Ordinator is to be responsible for the day to day delivery of services for the compliance department ensuring all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Schedule jobs to engineers.
- Call clients to book in jobs.
- To complete Fire extinguisher certs when needed.
- Invoicing
- Assist in providing updates on reactive and compliance where necessary.
- Minute taking.
