Assistant Design Manager MOD Projects
Location: South West
Salary: Up to £50,000

We are seeking an Assistant Design Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering MOD/DIO/Babcock schemes across the South West. This is a career development role with a clear route to becoming a full Design Manager, working on secured defence projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with managing design from tender to delivery.
Work with external consultants, MOD representatives, and subcontractors.
Support in technical assurance, compliance, and approvals.
Help coordinate packages, design information flow, and programme deadlines.
Gain exposure to framework compliance and defence standards.
