Key Responsibilities

As the Building Services Engineer on site, you will be responsible for:

Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services plant.
Working on a range of equipment including:
- AHUs, FCUs, pumps, fans, valves
- Chillers, boilers (basic checks)
- Lighting, emergency lighting
- General mechanical and electrical building services tasks
Supporting the wider engineering team to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-run building.
Responding to reactive issues in a timely, professional manner.
Completing documentation, logbooks, and maintaining compliance records.
Identifying improvements, reporting defects, and supporting continuous improvement of engineering standards.
