Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a well-established site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with either a Mechanical or Electrical qualification to work within a high-quality commercial environment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all building services.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services systems
Maintain and operate mechanical and/or electrical plant and equipment
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimise downtime
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Complete all works to required standards and maintain accurate documentation
Liaise with management, contractors, and on-site stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of site operations

Requirements

Recognised Mechanical or Electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent)
Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities management
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of health & safety and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and client-facing approach
