Are you an experienced Building Services Manager looking to step into a high-impact role with a forward-thinking organisation delivering some of the UK’s most complex and rewarding projects?
We are working with a highly respected and well-established construction and engineering business with a strong reputation for excellence across multiple sectors. Known for delivering high-quality, technically challenging schemes, this organisation continues to grow across the M4 corridor and is now seeking a talented Building Services Manager to join their team.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, including:
Industrial and logistics developments
Cutting-edge life sciences facilities
Education campuses
Data centres
Commercial schemes
This is a key position where you’ll lead and coordinate all building services activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee MEP services from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinate subcontractors and specialist teams
Drive quality, compliance, and health & safety standards
Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving throughout project lifecycles
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Building Services Manager role on major construction projects
Strong technical knowledge across MEP systems
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project demands
Relevant qualifications and industry certifications (essential)
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
