About the role,
As a Cladding Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our quality standards and championing health and safety throughout our operations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all cladding and facade projects meet and exceed regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and our internal quality benchmarks.
Oversee the quality assurance process for cladding and facade projects from inception to completion.
Conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance with established standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, continuously improving processes to enhance overall project performance.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide guidance on quality-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience
High level of knowledge in cladding and facade projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices.
Proven track record of managing quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
Strong familiarity with health and safety protocols and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, able to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
