CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator
Salary: £35000.00 - £39000.00 per annum
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer to join a well-established and growing precision engineering business based in Coventry.

The Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Setting, operating, and programming CNC sliding head machines
- Working specifically with Star sliding head machines
- Programming and operating using Fanuc control systems
- Producing high-precision components to exact specifications
- Ensuring efficiency, quality, and accuracy at all times
- Supporting continuous improvement within the machining process
About You:
- Proven experience in CNC setting, operating, and programming
- Strong knowledge of Star sliding head machines
- Experience using Fanuc controls
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A pro active and reliable approach to work
- Salary : up to £39,000
- Working Hours – Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am 2:30pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily
- Two paid 10-minute breaks (morning & afternoon)
