Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Project Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost control, and accurate forecasting.
2️⃣ Contract Administration: Handle contractual agreements, tender evaluations, and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
3️⃣ Quantity Take-Offs: Utilize your expertise to accurately measure and estimate quantities of materials required for the project.

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on commercial projects.
