Project Manager – BTR / Student Accommodation
Location: South West
Salary: £70,000+
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of a major high-rise concrete frame BTR/student accommodation scheme. The project has just passed Gateway 2 and requires an experienced No.1 PM with strong technical and leadership skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of a high-rise PBSA/BTR development as No.1.
Manage programme, cost, safety, and quality across all packages.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Report directly to senior leadership and act as main client contact.
Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act requirements.
