The role of Recruitment Resourcer is an exciting and challenging role and is crucial to the success of our Construction recruitment teams.

We are looking for people who have a natural ability to create and develop strong professional relationships to work within our Construction Recruitment team in our office in Haywards Heath in West Sussex.

We encourage our Resourcers to be innovative, engaging on the telephone, and to continue to develop their candidate relationships to satisfy the need of both our clients and our candidates.

A Resourcer in Options Employment maintains positive relationships with our candidates, they generate new candidates through external advertising and networking with our current candidates, they find and place the right candidates into the right jobs, they provide support to our recruitment consultants, as well as being very organised and accurate with their administration.

You will know who you are – confident and intelligent, able to engage with a wide range of different people, happy to learn and develop, focused on being a success, and a positive part of a busy and successful team.

You will also have the opportunity to become a Construction Recruitment Consultant after successfully delivering on your role as a Resourcer – if that’s where you want your career to take you.

This is a genuinely exciting role for a dynamic and organised team member with great telephone inter-personal skills and the confidence to deal with a wide range of people.
