Construction Site Manager
Salary: Up to £13.25 per hour
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Site manager to work on a new build residential project in Bath.
Our client a 5* national housing developer are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a large flagship project.
Temp to Perm contract
Start Monday 25th July
Your new role as manager you will be driving the project both internally and externally covering all aspects of the build..
Typically you will be responsible for site inductions, health and safety of all contractors, checking risk assessments/method statements, carrying out various safety checks as well as co-coordinating works between the various subcontractors.
You must hold a valid and in date SMSTS, CSCS and current first aid certification.
