Contracts Manager
Salary: £70000.00 - £73000.00 per annum
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager? Do you want to play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional construction projects?
Our client, a Tier 2 contractor, is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team on their portfolio of projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, residential, retail and leisure. With a strong presence in the South West region, they undertake a wide range of projects including minor/major works, refurbishments, and new building projects.
The ideal candidate will already have experience in a similar role, ensuring that all contracts are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance to relevant regulations and quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
The role:
* Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Collaborate with the project team to establish project objectives, strategies, and plans
* Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
The person:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations and quality standards
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
