We’re seeking a dedicated Site Manager or Project manager who is looking to progress their career. A results motivated Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Address any issues that may arise during construction, finding effective solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Foster a positive working environment and lead project teams effectively.

Requirements:
Proven experience Managing multiple sites at a time.
Experience working with contracts
strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Clear understanding of Procure Software
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management or related field.
