Options Resourcing have teamed up with a highly reputable roofing and cladding company in the South West. Due to expansion, they are opening up an office in the South East. Meaning a Contracts Manager is needed.

Headquartered in Hereford, we specialize in delivering high-quality roofing and building fabric solutions for medium to large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects within the region, supporting our strategy for growth and ensuring the highest standards of project success. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of multiple projects within the South East England region.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and development.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Contract Management role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Background in the roofing industry is preferable, but not essential.

Client-first mindset with a focus on achieving project success.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Full UK driving license.
