A Coleshill-based company that takes great pride in its environmental values is looking for a dedicated Credit Controller to join its expanding operations team for a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that truly values both its clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively chase customer payments in line with agreed payment terms to reduce the risk of bad debt
Meet weekly outbound call targets as set by the team leader
Work collaboratively with the team to minimise overdue debt and maximise cash collection
Identify and resolve customer disputes early in the collection cycle to prevent debt escalation
Log and categorise outbound service requests via the internal CRM system

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with SAP is advantageous
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Previous experience working with internal and external customers to resolve issues
Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts to reduce outstanding debt
Strong investigative and questioning skills to resolve queries and disputes effectively
Persistent yet polite communication style
A strong team player
