My Lichfield based client is recruiting for a Customer Fulfilment Manager to join their team. This position will primarily be focused on delivering a first class service to customers throughout the implementation of a projects. You will play an integral role in ensuring that the journey from order placement to delivery and beyond is smooth and efficient.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the team of project managers for Key Accounts
Overseeing a range of projects with different companies
Building relationships and liaising with customers
Liaising with procurement to ensure required stock levels
Liaising with engineers to establish work schedules, including subcontractors
Liaising with after-care engineers to arrange repair visits
Liaising with technical and finance departments
Delivering a high level of customer service
Responding to email enquiries
Offering technical support when necessary
Providing feedback to customers

Skills and Experience Required:
Management experience necessary, preferably leading a team
Professional telephone manner
Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
Management experience necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills
