Options Resourcing is recruiting for a Design Co-ordinator for a commercial project kicking off at the end of March.
Our client is a leading contractor in the design and build of hotels who have decades of experience with all leading international hotel chains. Their project is an extension to an existing hotel, consisting of groundworks, steel frame and brick structure under tiled roof, M&E install, formation, and fitout of 40 new guest rooms.
The ideal Design Co-ordinator must have experience of design and build projects of a similar nature. Their responsibilities will include the co-ordination of the full design from construction through to the internal fitout, attend design meetings and lead the team in the resolution of design issues. They will also need to manage the flow of information between contractors and the design team whilst addressing interfaces between trades.
We will require at least x2 work references for similar roles.
