Are you an experienced Design Lead who has lead the design team and managed the design on £150 million + projects?

Our client, an exciting contractor, are looking for an experienced Design Lead or Senior Design Manager for a prestigious project based near Bristol. This role involves taking the design from final preconstruction stages to project delivery on this high-profile scheme.

This role will involve being at the helm of the project leading both the internal and external design teams.

On offer is a highly competitive salary, bonus and package to include car allowance, health and leading pension.

The ideal candidate for this company will have extensive experience running major construction projects within the leisure, commercial, healthcare, education sectors and have previous experience of running many projects above £100 – 150 million.
