The Role
Lead and coordinate the design process across multiple projects
Manage consultants, stakeholders, and design teams
Ensure designs meet technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
Drive quality and efficiency from concept through to completion
About You
Degree in Architecture, Design Management, or related field
Proven experience in design, construction, or consultancy (senior-level exposure preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
