We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of project documentation, maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance throughout all stages of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and control project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence. Organize, maintain, and update document control systems, ensuring accessibility and traceability. Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate efficient document exchange and distribution. Monitor document revisions, track changes, and coordinate approval processes.
Generate reports and provide regular updates on document status and progress.
Support quality assurance processes by conducting audits and ensuring documentation accuracy. Assist in the implementation and improvement of document control procedures and systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is advantageous.
