A well-established maintenance provider who have an excellent reputation of contract and staff retention are looking to add some additional talent to one of their multitenant client services buildings in the heart of London’s Liverpool St. This position will suit someone who is looking to make a clear path into management and is keen on progressing in their career.
Some duties include:
*PPM’S
*Reactive Maintenance
*Emergency Light Testing
*Fire Alarm Testing
*FCU Maintenance
*AHU Maintenance
*Electrical and basic mechanical plant
