A well-established maintenance provider who have an excellent reputation of contract and staff retention are looking to add some additional talent to one of their most integral parts of the business working on a flagship contract based in Crawley. If you are an Electrical Engineer with multiskilled competencies from a maintenance background and have a burning desire to take your career to the next level, then this will be the role for you.

*Own and take responsibility for the electrical equipment, systems, and records on site
*Become site electrical authorized person
*To ensure the client receives the highest level of service to their assets by carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, minor improvements,
*Manage all M&E jobs that are logged on the internal CAFM system
*Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
*Ensure jobs are completed wherever possible within the agreed SLA’s
*Coordinate job extensions with management and the Helpdesk
*Carry out ad-hoc M&E tasks issued by the Contract Manager and Client
*PPM’S
*Reactive Maintenance
