One of our clients a Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for an Electrically Biased Building Services Shift Technician to work within a High-Profile Building based in London W4 to work on Day Shifts covering 11.00 23.00 (shift rota 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off 2 on 2 off 3 on etc). this is a temporary position with an immediate start for 6 weeks + Pay Rate £22.00- £23.00/Hr.

Essential Experience

Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E).
Experience with maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
Start Date ASAP
Hours of work as above
Pay Rate £22.00-£23.00/hr
