Electrically Biased Building Services Shift Technician to work in a High-Profile Site in London EC2, covering a Continental Shift Pattern across 365 days a year, Days only 4 on 4 off shift 07.00-19.00, with an immediate start.

Essential Experience

Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation.
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E).
Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
This is a temporary position for 2 Months +
Hours of work shift rota 4on 4off Days only covering 365 days a year
Pay Rate £24.00/hr with an immediate start.
