My Birmingham based client is recruiting for an Engineer to join their Engineering team. This position will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of planned preventative maintenance reactive and installation of Fire and Security systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Servicing and reviewing fire alarm systems and associated products at client sites and taking responsibility for the maintenance of these systems.
Completing all new installations.
Carrying out alterations of existing fire alarms.
Testing and Inspecting Fire Alarm Systems.
To be flexible to attend the main office based when required.
Installation and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems to BAFE/NSI/BS standards.
Complete small and larger installations as part of a team or on your own.
Servicing and diagnostic repairs to various fire alarm systems in both industrial commercial and council properties.
To service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers Fire / Life Safety systems.
To perform installation and service repairs to door access equipment at construction and customer sites.

Skills and Requirements:
