We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Engineering Scheduler to join our incredible client based in Erdington. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of service activities and maintaining excellent communication between engineers, customers, and internal teams.

Benefits:

Salary up to £30,000 may be some wiggle room for the right candidate
Hours of work: 8:30 to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 4pm Friday
25 day holidays + 8 bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the diary scheduling of Service Engineers
Use Microsoft CRM to manage service cases and log activities
Communicate with customers by phone to confirm site readiness and key details for scheduled service visits
Handle urgent and time-sensitive service jobs with efficiency and calm under pressure
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of service operations
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers and engineers

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with experience dealing with customers over the phone
Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Micosoft CRM
