We are seeking an experienced finishing foreman to assist on one of our residential blocks on a 6-to-7-month placement.
The ideal candidate will have to be experienced in high rise residential fit out and confident in managing sub-contractors and ensuring the close out of snagging items. You will also have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Role involves:
-Creating snagging lists.
-Managing subcontractors.
