Experienced Fire Sprinkler Installation Engineer
Location: South East (Travel may be required)
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE + Company Van + Pension + Benefits

Are you an experienced Fire Sprinkler Installation Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity within a growing team? I am seeking a skilled engineer to join my clients expanding Fire Sprinkler division, delivering high-quality installations across a range of commercial and industrial projects.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in installing, inspecting, and testing sprinkler systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge systems, and fire pumps. This role offers excellent long-term prospects, with the opportunity to receive full training in sprinkler servicing and maintenance.
Duties will include:

Installing, testing, and commissioning fire sprinkler systems.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Coordinating with other trades on-site to ensure smooth project delivery.
Completing accurate service reports and documentation.
Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicles to a high standard.
Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sprinkler installation.
Competent in using a Rigid 300 threading machine.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Valid UK driver’s licence.
Willingness to work day and evening shifts (approx. 50/50 split) and occasional weekends.

Physical requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at height using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
Comfortable working in varied environments (construction sites, industrial facilities, and occupied buildings).
