Groundworks Manager Small Residential Developments (Torrington, Exeter)
Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Groundworks Manager to lead teams on small residential developments. Taking ownership of setting out, concrete slabs, drainage, roads, kerbs, and earthworks, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard.

What we’re looking for:
SSSTS or SMSTS certified.
First Aid trained.
CSCS/CPCS plant tickets (dumper/digger).
Proven experience running groundworker teams on small-scale developments.
