Salary: £17.50 - £18.50 per hour

We are looking for a Handyman with own tools and transport for mobile work around Hastings TN34 on social housing contracts.

Details

Basic knowledge of plumbing and Carpentry
Repair floor, walls and ceiling coverings including painting.
Fitting Bath Panels & toilet seats
Replacing locks and hardware.
General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying.
Undertake any tasks as designated by the Contract Manager or representative
Assisting Kitchen fitters etc in their duties
Monday to Friday(8.00/9.00 hr Days)
Pay Rate £17.50 – £18.50/hr
Working within Social Housing in Voids and occupied properties, within a 25 miles radius of Hastings.
