Millbrook Rugby Football Club is a long‑established, community‑driven club based in Southampton, known for its inclusive culture, strong volunteer spirit, and commitment to developing players of all ages. With active men’s, women’s teams, Millbrook RFC is a club with deep local roots and a clear ambition to keep growing both on and off the pitch.

Our senior men’s teams compete in the Hampshire leagues, supported by a loyal membership base. The club prides itself on being welcoming, hardworking, and grounded in strong values.

What We’re Looking For

Millbrook RFC is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified coach to take on the role of Head Coach for our Men’s 1st and 2nd XV squads.

We want a coach who can:

Plan and deliver structured, engaging training sessions
Develop core skills and game understanding across both squads
Inspire 1st XV players to push performance standards
Encourage 2nd XV players to progress and challenge for higher‑level rugby
Build a positive, competitive, and enjoyable rugby environment
Work collaboratively with club volunteers, captains, and support staff

This is an opportunity to shape the direction of a proud community club with a strong identity and a committed player base.

Training & Match Commitments

Training: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Matches: Saturdays (kick‑offs typically between 2:00pm and 3:30pm)
All fixtures are within Hampshire

Millbrook RFC averages strong training numbers and has a broad mix of players from different backgrounds.
