Our client an Estates Management Company based in West London is looking for an addition to their team they are currently looking for a Health & Safety Officer with an immediate start.

Good general administration skills & telephone manor
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Health and safety legislation IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
Good understanding of Risk Assessment’s & Method Statements
Making sure contractors have correct paperwork and carrying out duties within parameters
Assist Facilities manager in their day to day dutie’s
You must have worked within the facilities maintenance (FM) industry previously
You will be required to schedule the planned work’s, chase Quotes keep Health and Safety documents up to date.
The working hours are 8am – 5pm

This is a Temporary to Permanent Position you will be expected to temp for a minimum of 8 weeks before going permanent the salary is £32,000-35,000 per annum depending on experience Pay Rate £15.00-£17.00/hr while on temporary contract.
