One of our clients a leading Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for a HVAC (AP) Building Services Engineer to work within a High-Profile Building based in Guildford Surrey GU2 with an immediate start.

Job details:
City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC
Static site in Guildford Surrey
PPM and reactive maintenance on plant such as: – AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motor Drives, Valves, Pipe Work, Gaskets, Heating systems, steam, Calorifiers & HVAC.
Must have relevant skills and experience of working within Building Services
Working hours 08.00-17.00 Monday – Friday.
This is a Permanent position with a Salary of £42 -£45K.
