They are looking to bring in a Helpdesk Administrator to one of their flagship schemes in Chiswick
*Managing engineer’s diary’s including Pre planned maintenance and reactive maintenance
*Working closely with the Contract Managers completing any administration tasks they need completed.
*Keep spreadsheets up to date.
*Maintain updated database and training records
*Taking calls on the helpdesk and actioning them
*Working with CAFM systems and company CRM systems
*Using Microsoft packages including word, outlook and excel.
*General Administration duties and data entry
