Job Summary
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for an experienced Joiner/Carpenter to work on refurbishment/shop fit on commercial building located in Dinnington, South Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including doors, windows, and furniture
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurements and cuts
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete joinery tasks
- Ensure that all work is plumb, level, and square according to industry standards
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and roofers, to complete projects efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation of large components or fixtures
- Undertake masonry work as needed in conjunction with joinery tasks
Skills
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter with a strong understanding of joinery techniques
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold Preferred)
- Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
