Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to oversee the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of a prestigious portfolio in the heart of St James.

In this key role, you’ll ensure building performance remains exceptional, lead maintenance activities, and support a high-quality environment for all occupiers and visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day engineering operations across a high-profile estate

• Leading and mentoring on-site engineering teams

• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance to keep systems running at top performance

• Ensuring full compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental standards

• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to maintain excellent service delivery

• Supporting sustainability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical background in building services or facilities engineering

• Confident leadership skills with experience guiding teams or contractors

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
