My client, a well known Main Contractor who specialise in Social Housing and New Builds, are seeking a professional and extensively experienced Senior Estimator to head up the department.

You will lead and take ownership to deliver build costs for their clients on a range of small, mid & large sized projects, ensuring proposal of the right costs, on time, and to the highest quality for cost accuracy.

You will have 3 direct reports, who are continuing to grow within the department, so this Head of Estimation, will nurture and apply their extensive knowledge base to grow their skill set even more!
