We are looking for Maintenance Manager within a Hotel environment based in London SW5 with an immediate start.

Description
Immediate start for right candidate.
Good knowledge of Word & Excel etc.
Working 5 days 09.00-17.00 across a 7day Rota.
Hotel experience a must.
Good Health & Safety Knowledge.
Overseeing reactive works and maintenance works
Ideally from a Trade background
Previous Hotel experience desirable
Contributory Pension
Pay Rate £21.00-£22.00/hr if working Temporary or if permanent position offered £38.5k/annum + Bonus Scheme currently running at 10%
