Requirements:	Plumbing or Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below – NVQ Plumbing or Mechanical Level 2/3 City & Guilds Plumbing or Mechanical level 2/3 L8, Legionella Water Treatment Certs

About the company & role:

A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber working on one there Critical Buildings in The City of London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a Mechanical Plumber to there team.

Responsibilities:

To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
Ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards.
To take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
To carry out plumbing duties on sites as and when required.
To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance, and installation.
To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so.
To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
PPM’s & reactive maintenance.
Manging ppm’s, logbooks, and compliance.

Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
Strong building services background
Qualified Plumber/Mechanical Engineer with Commercial experience
No criminal record / no convictions (high level security clearance required for this role)
