A marked leader in FM & M&E Services have a requirement for a Plumbing Engineer which is a customer facing role in the Southwark area

The role will involve but not be limited to:
· Dealing with general plumbing and heating reactive calls as and when required
· Carry out planned plumbing and heating calls
· HIU Service and maintenance
· Use of company CRM system
· Working on a static site
· Become member of Call-out Rota to achieve 1 week in 6
· Commercially aware
· Updating maintenance system to ensure reports can be sent to clients in a timely manner.
· Ensuring that maintenance work is processed in a timely manner
· Communicating with sub-contractors and other engineers
· Improving the standard of our client’s buildings / maintenance
· Always demonstrate professionalism.
· Deliver great customer service to our clients and contractors.
· Building outstanding working relationships with our clients, contractors, and other departments within the business.
