One of our clients a leading Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for a Mechanical/Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician to work within a High Profile Building in London WC2 with an immediate start

Essential Experience
Temporary position for 6 weeks +
You must be client focused, to work Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00,
Technically Qualified apprentice trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent
Able to carry out sprinkler tests.
Repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment associated with a high profile building.
Covering PPM’s & reactive works
Minor instillation, hot & cold water faults etc,
Immediate start for right applicant
Pay Rate: £21.00 – £22.00/hr
