One of our clients a leading Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for an Mechanically Biased Building Services Technician to work within a High-Profile Building based in Cambridge CB21 with an immediate start you will need your own transport as site is not easily accessed by public transport.

Job details:

City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC
PPM and reactive maintenance on plant such as: – AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motor Drives, Valves, Pipe-work, Gaskets, Heating systems, Calorifiers & HVAC.
Must have relevant skills and experience of working within Building Services
Have own hand tools for job, safety boots and tidy blues/blacks.
Working hours 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
This is a Temporary position for 3 – 6 month’s pay rate £22.00/hr depending on experience
