One of our clients a leading Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for a Mechanically Biased Building Services Engineer to work within a High-Profile Building based in London WC1 with an immediate start.

Job details:
City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC
Static site in London WC1
PPM and reactive maintenance on plant such as: – AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motor Drives, Valves, Pipe Work, Gaskets, Cooling Towers, Heating systems, Calorifiers & HVAC.
Must have relevant skills and experience of working within Building Services
Have own hand tools for job, safety boots and tidy blues/blacks.
Working hours 08.00-17.00 Monday – Friday with an immediate start.
This is a temporary position for an ongoing period.
Pay Rate £22.00-£23.00/hr with a chance of a permanent position for right person.
