The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring programme and budget adherence, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects from inception to completion

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical packages across multiple sectors

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Monitor project progress and report to senior management

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in MEP project management within the building services industry

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Experience delivering projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, or MOD

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Relevant qualifications in building services or engineering
