Salary is paying £42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below –

• NVQ Electrical Level 2/3
• City & Guilds level 2/3
• 18^th Edition

A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor working across a mixed portfolio in Stoke & the West Midlands. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile Electrical Supervisor to their team.

• Responsibilities:

• You will be working as a Mobile Supervisor overseeing a team of mobile engineers across Stoke & the West Midlands.
• PPM’s & reactive maintenance.
• Electrical Maintenance works.
• Manging ppm’s, logbooks, and compliance.
• You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
• The ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
• Strong building services background
• Experienced as a Mobile Lead/Supervisor
