Our client, a renowned global provider of technical, FM, regeneration and energy services, is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer.

You will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. You need to maintain records, respond to emergencies and ensure safety compliance in your day to day role.

Duties:

To complete high quality repair and maintenance works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis.

Complete Joinery and multi skilled works to complete the job in one visit when applicable.
Form part of the on call rota. Call out shift required 1 week in every 6 weeks.
To work effectively and positively with the client, customers, and stakeholders on a daily basis.

To effectively and proactively assist in supporting the team to achieve KPI’s.
To utilise personal communication and protection equipment effectively and responsibly including the Company’s Vehicle Communication and Tracking System
Work with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure the delivery of excellent services.

You will need:

City and Guilds or Equivalent in Joinery.
Completed Aprenticeship (Desirable)
Current valid driving license (Essential)
Be able to pass Government DBS checks.
